100 days of exercise day 2

I made it through day 2 of exercise! Once again I rode my stationary bike for 30 minutes. I realized that it had been a long time since I had been able to exercise with out pain. Riding the bike is much easier on my knee then walking is. Over the last few years I have developed arthritis in my knee and more often then not I am in pain. it was nice to be able to exercise with out my knee being in severe pain. To add to my fun this month I manage to sprain my back by being a klutz. It has also been pretty painful. I had a massage 2 weeks ago that made me almost cry because she was trying to get the knot out of my back. I finally got into my Chiropractor last week and that has finally started to help but being on my feet all day at work today really took a toll on me even with wearing my back brace. One more hard day of work and then 3 easier (at least physically) ones.
