It's so difficult to lose weight when you lack the motivation and you don't have a driving force. I eat right, but as far as exercising I just fall short. Maybe if I had a partner to be consistent with me then it would help

    Sometimes you have to be your own drive, and run ur own race. Start with walking and add 2 mins to it everyday! You can do this. Its your victory and ur race ☺

    Try going online anf find workouts you can do at home.Start out slow 10-20 mins,maybe twice a week and build up slowly, you just have to find something you like.
