Week 3 of Fatloss diet

Another week of struggle. This week the hunger feeling and cravings went down. Still there but much less. Now I struggled with constipation. Even though I drink about 3 liters of water a day. Well used fiber powder and fiber capsules. The Fatloss Lab Lady says this is all normal. Has to do with the hormones slowly settling into normal. I certainly did not enjoy this week. Then weighed myself and realized I only lost 400gm. My stomach looks big, but waist line seems to be slightly smaller.
The other thing is the trouser of my Indian outfit which I wore today suddenly fits. Still not completely comfortable but I can pull the trouser up over my calves. So I must have lost some fat.
On the photo you can see it is a bit tight but I could pull it up. This material does not stretch.
Well I will see how next week goes.
Today I gave myself a day off the strict diet to enjoy the ismaili wedding we went to. Still tried to make good choices but ate some food which is not part of the diet.
