Thank you for your honest blog. You are being very realistic, that may be the most important thing in dieting! You sound like you know your body very well. This is my first day back to SP. I have lost 142 lbs about 8 years ago and gained all but 44 lbs back over the years. I'm down 30lbs exactly on my first month back on my keto lifestyle. I've added swimming and stationary bike (I too have multiple joint issues, and can barely walk). The swimming is my lifeline...I hope you find the perfect exercise, too! Best of luck!! 1205 days ago
I, too am in your shoes, I have just about the same amount to loose, I have talked to a personnel trainer, and they (I have three, because, they are all full and can only wiggly me in one day per week) have planned out a program to tone and strengthen my body, while I journey to my weight goal. Smaller sizes in the clothing store. I want to buy my clothes off the rack, not order them.
I'm starting over again, too. When I was trying to stop smoking I thought I kept failing but really it just took starting over again a whole bunch of times and it eventually happened. We need to keep starting again. 1210 days ago
