It's been a bumpy week, diet wise. I think I placed way too much pressure on myself. And because of that I crashed and burned. So I decided that for the rest of the week I am going to keep it simple: Eat when you are hungry. Stay hydrated. Relax with a good book Only do the minimum chores. This is going to be my mantra until my health has been restored to it's former awesome self. That is all. For now. :)
