Rewarding myself

I have decided to give myself 1 dollar for one pound lost..
In a weekly basis
Sometimes my weight goes up
Maybe the next week it is lower but above 2 weeks ago
I have decided to give myself the reward anyway asit is always good
to become more slim - and better to give reward than
punishing

    Earlier I have given myself 2$ each time I bicycled to the supermarket in stead of taking the car = the gasoline saved. One day I was in bad mood and emptied my money box and went to market where I gave myself some presents. It is important the reward IS NOT FOOD. It can be new clothes, a tour in cinema WITHOUT POPCORN or so....

    GREAT idea! I just reached my 1st short term goal of losing my first 20 lbs. I'm going to take this great suggestion & start my on reward system... Not sure what I'll do with it when I reach my Loooong term goal, but that is a way off, so I should have a nice chunk of change by then! Thanks for the great idea!
