Didn't lose not one single pound this week! Yuck! Oh well....I worked out, walked, kept my diet right...drank my water...that's all you can do! Gotta keep on keeping on!

I am having the same problem. I have been going to strength/cardio class 3 times a week for 3 months. Gained 6 pounds but have lost inches. Would really like to see the weight go down!! 1651 days ago
