Here we go again!

Yo yo - so hard to keep committed and stick with a new food/exercise plan. I keep getting side tracked by other things in life. Well now it's July, 1/2 of the year is over, and I have made NO PROGRESS! Disgusted with myself and yet proud too that I have been good for 1 1/2 days. How pathetic. Well I'm going to keep writing, and probably cussing now and then, but here we go again. Hopefully with much better results this time!!!!!

    I have the same problem - I sabotage myself so often! BUT I am learning more about myself - for instance I have learned if I try to do 1 bit of exercise, 1 bit of rest (read a book, meditate - something calm) and 1 nutritionally sound meal a day then I improve! So my new goal is 1-1-1.
