Day 1?: Checking in & setting up goals

Soo it's been a little over three weeks since I had my baby! My total weight the last day of my pregnancy was 245, I started at 215.
I'm technically not back yet, since I want to wait my full 6 weeks before getting back into exercise and really cutting calories and fatty foods. However, I wanted to look at what my goals are.
My first big goal and event coming up is my ten year high school reunion October 15th. I have 88 days! I'm super excited, and although I had wanted to be much closer to my happy weight of 165 - 145 I'm excited to aim for under 200 pounds. With loosing 1.5 pounds a week I should hit around 198 which is spectacular!
I'm still taking it slow but getting back on a healthy track has me pumped!
