1. Drinking water in the morning and right before bed. It's very refreshing and relaxing. Grab a glass, fill it with ice and pour! :)
2. Staying away from or reducing other drinks like soda and caffeine. Oh, I still drink tea and cappuccino but not all of the time. Plus, if you have to have coffee or cappuccino, buy it from the store and make it at home. Avoid chains where they add tons of sugar, whipped cream, etc.
3. Eating a banana in the morning. This helps me stay full longer. Any fruit will do. You can eat it before a meal, with a meal, etc.
4. Adding veggies. Eat some veggies with dinner.
5.No snacking if you can't sleep. Get some water and if you must eat something, only get one serving.
