Change of focus

I've decided instead of putting so much stock on the scale (want to lose about 5 lbs), I'm going to switch up my focus. Although my end goal is to lose the weight, I'm going to focus on eating healthy, delicious food and exercise that makes me feel good. I figure if I focus on those, the rest will follow. If not, I'll still feel good doing it :-) what's your focus?
