My relationship with food & non scale victories

I would say in the past my relationship with certain foods has been inappropriate and unfulfilling. On a scale from one to ten u give it a four with sugars and vegetables. But separate relationships. I was cheating on veggies for sweets. Expecting sweets to solve my every need and neglecting veggies at every opportunity. Veggies and I are making amends and I appreciate them for what they are. I will have a much less demanding request for sweets now: come chill with me only rarely and in moderation . I won't overwhelm you with my problems. Veggies I have ignored you. Take me back and I'll treat you right.

As for some non scale victories spark guy asked me to think of if gravity didn't exist.. Things that I have noticed I don't tire out at the end of 15 minutes on the treadmill anymore like when I first got it about 3 weeks ago. I have cut off fried foods like my doc said and put a big focus on walking and no sodas . I also have been tracking my steps daily and food and water intake so I am more aware of my choices .
