Happy Birthday to me.

emoticon Happy Birthday to me. I am going to make a resolution (who says they are just for the New Year) that this year I will concentrate on my health. Goal one Track my food for one month: I have been having difficulties making myself log in and track my food and exercise so I am reverting to a pen and paper approach for the next week, to see if I can be more consistent in that. Goal two: 10 min a day 6-7 x's a week exercise. I am going to look at the 24 hour fitness and the local y to see if either will benefit me. I know the heat emoticon is killing my drive to walk/ exercise but my scheduled is very Topsy tuvry so I am not sure if any of the gyms will be open when I need to go. One is defiantly where & when I need it but I'm not sold on the idea of paying for a membership some where with no pool. emoticon I love to swim but don't have a place to so I will have to check out the two to see which I can do and might just make the membership my birthday pressy. Third: Every day I must drink 3+ cups of water. Preferably before the soda (and no more caffeinated sodas.) None of these things are new but the commitment has been lacking I think 3 days in a row has been tops for the last 3 months. So I will once again focus on the important things to me. I made a plan for my finances at new years and managed to commit to saving $10 every week. why is that so much easier than regulating my food intake and workouts. Wish me luck guys. Hoping to report back in three days that I managed to beat my streak again.
