The new summer me!

I set goals for the summer and I am doing well meeting those goals..... 100% no way but in my mind I 'm doing 110% more then I have for years! I did not realize how down and out I was mentally but as I change I see it more and more. I am now exercising which I have not done since the late 80's!! I have started walking again. After my open heart surgery I started walking but it did not take me long before I was back to parking as close as I could.... I have started looking at myself in the full length mirror which I have been avoiding once again for years. I like to look and see if I can see any change and I also like to look how my new clothes look on me. I still am in shock about my new bra's how they were not only smaller around but a smaller cup size!!! I love looking down and seeing two not just one blob lol.
I have also started sorting through stuff and I have been able to give it away or throw it away. In the past I would start and just could not let go. I am ready for a new life health wise, mentally wise and surrounding wise. I guess you could say I am declutering (not sure if that is a word lol) my life along with the Fat!
I am proud of my new life! This is the first day of the rest of my life! You GO GIRL!
Here's to a great Summer and here is a Healthier ME!

. 1. get below 200 by Sept.4th NOT YET
2. go exercise in deep water M W F with a co-worker YES
3. go with my daughter to her gym t th sat. No-daughter sick so missed 2 days but did some exercising at home on those two days.
4. still walk my 11,500 steps a day, YES 6 DAYS A WEEK
5. clean out my VERY MESSY garage(get rid of stuff I have not seen or used the last 4 years) wORKED A LITTLE BUT CLEANED OUT MY EXTRA BEDROOM ANF GOT RID OF SEVERAL THINGS AND OLD CLOTHES! iT IS NICE AGAIN AND READY FOR COMPANY.
6.make cards,scrapbook,and just down right relax! NO/YES I HAVE NOT MADE ANYTHING BUT HAVE PINNED SEVERAL ITEMS THAT I WANT TO MAKE -- WILL START WHEN WE GET BACK FROM OUR LITTLE GET-A-WAY.
I am starting right now one step at a time, one day at a time, one goal at a time!

    But ya know....about the bras....MY band NEVER seems to get loose! My cups size is DEFINITELY going down, but not that band! It's DRIVING ME WHACKO!
    My waist band never seems to get loose either, though I've lost a lot of inches there. (I wear elastic waist bands, so they just must be tightening up as I decrease. But I can't WAIT for my pants to be loose THERE instead of just the upper thighs!

    We will get there if we don't give up!
