So hard when you're nearing 56! I gained the weight back. Well ,not all of it, but most... Here's the bottom line to yo-yoing on your weight... Unless you make working out a part of your every day life, you are NOT going to keep the weight off. Simple as that...
I am controlling what I put in my mouth. Eating exactly what I used to when I began my weight loss program last year at this time. But I'm not working out... So the weight is NOT MOVING! I'm willing to bet it's because of my age. I have no metabolism burning anything anymore. So...
There ya go... I HAVE to work out to get burning those calories & fat...
I'm having life issues at the moment which doesn't help me get motivated. But I know I truly need to. It's making that leap to making exercise a part of my every day life. A lifestyle change if you will... Wish me luck!
