Weight the same as the last two weeks.

Things pretty much the same -

I've been getting my 8 cups of water

I'm still coughing some, but I will try re-starting my exercising this week.

Another goal this week will be to track my food.

4500 steps each day

    You are still coughing? Wow! Have you been in to see a health care provider? Seems like its gone on way past normal.

    You have had this cough an abnormally long time. What does your doctor say about this lingering cough? I wonder if it might have another cause, like allergies or GERD. You may have a bacterial sinusitis which needs antibiotics.

    if your coughing continues you should get it checked out. anything lasting this long coud be an allergy or a virus you can not shake

    Can't believe you are still coughing. Bet this rain won't help...I think there really must be something in the wind or else it's some kind of mold from all the earlier moisture. Lots of people around here have had the crud going on 6 weeks now. Mine is just in my sinuses now and haven't had the cough for probably 3 weeks. Hope you get to feeling better. It's just to hard to do extra movements when your chest hurts. Get well and you'll leave the plateau.

    Keep up the exercise and also look into what exactly you are eating. Try to reduce the poor choices. Then assess if there could be other reasons for being stuck. I have been stuck on the same weight for months on end, but managed to lose again
