Last week I aced reached my fitbit goals. This week I plan 70,000 steps, to eat a little healthier and at least 15 minutes of fitness each day.
I also realized over the past couple weeks every time I blog and/or write down my goals I aced them. Blogging give me a sense of relief and direction. EVERYONE HAVE A HAPPY/GREAT/BLESSED SUNDAY AND REMEMBER KEEP JESUS FIRST!!
