I was looking in the mirror today and to me it looks like I have lost some weight in my stomach. Looks like my stomach has gone down! This is my major problem area so that is a big plus for me. I have decided to start focusing on each day instead of looking too far ahead. Each and everyday I am going to focus on eating well and working out. Eating within my 1500 calories as well, but mainly focusing on eating the appropriate portions and eating the right foods. I need consistency in my life. Becoming obsessed with being healthy and fit again. By the end of the year, when the new year has rung in I want to be around 50 lbs down. I feel like with consistency there is no reason why I can't reach that goal. Lord help me with consistency !!! Lol
