Alright. I did it. I did 15 minutes on my bike last night. I am relieved. I don't have a whole lot to talk about right now so instead I'm just going to review my plan for today through Sunday.
Today: Focus on water. I've been doing terrible with that all week so today I will try my best to get in all of the water I am supposed to drink. 15 minutes on my bike. That's it. Simple.
Saturday: Water and bike. Super simple.
Sunday: Water and bike. Only on Sunday I'm going to increase my time to 18 minutes. I like upping it in 3 minute increments because it's doable. Plus when I get up to 30 or 45 minutes a day I will start with my 2 minutes normal speed one minute fast speed. I swear to you the fat melts away when I do that. And when that gets stale I start doing a 1 minute plank every 3 minutes. Talk about sweating!
That's it for now. Sunday might be hard because I will also be helping move my boyfriends Mom, but I'm gonna do my very best.
