One year ago today I started this new path in my life of working on becoming healthier. In that years times I have loss 30.2 pounds, I have gone from 2,000 steps a day to over 11,500 steps a day, I have gone from no exercise to going to the gym this summer with my daughter 3 times a week. I have also started going to deep water aerobics with a co-worker 3 times a week and most of the time we stay for both classes. So how do I feel about this journey?? I feel great! I feel so blessed by meeting so many nice people on here and I feel good about the changes I have made. I am now ready to get off the next 25 more pounds so that I will be below 200. I pray that they will come off soon as I so want to be below 200. I think it was in 79 the last time I was below 200.
