July goals to get back on track

I'm finally back with tracking & doing my challenges. I can't believe I've not posted an update since March. WHEW with all the family issues & work stress I'm surprised I didn't gain, but actually I lost form 183 to 181.3, almost 2#s.
My goals for July are:
*Continue my daily water intake of 10 cups daily
*Focus on 5-6 servings of FREGGIES daily
*Strive for6- 8 hours of sleep each night (this is my great challenge)
*Monitoring my BS more closely, checking 2-3 times daily
*Work to get my BS levels down under 180 after meals & under 140 FASTING
*Adding walks in my day, will start with short 10 minute sessions & build up from there
*Lose from 181.3 down to 179 & leave 180ville.
I'm ready to get myself back on track & see some positive results on the scale & with how my clothes fit.
One step at a time.
