Don't ever give up or beat yourself up! Just pick yourself up and keep going forward. Slowly start adding more whole foods, and less fast foods and junk food. Slowly start adding more exercise. Start out slow on the exercise and try not to over do it, and be careful of your moves so as not to hurt yourself. Start out walking and trying to go a little further each time. You can do walking/jogging/running one day. The next day you can rest your legs and do stretching and working with weights or other such stuff. keep alternating and changing up what exercises you are doing to help keep your body from getting to use to it. And have fun doing what ever it is that you are doing. Don't wait to get to the perfect # or size or what ever, have fun now and really enjoy life and get out there and dance!
