It has been a week since I worked out to CIZE Crazy 8's. I was fighting depression as well as resting from pushing myself so hard.
Today I was determined to workout. 21 minutes into it I fell. I landed good but was shook up. I plan to listen to my body more carefully tomorrow. I was slightly dizzy before I fell.
The more often I exercise the more I progress. The last time it was 30 minutes. I don't want to wait that long to exercise again. It took me 7 exercise sessions to go from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.
