Not going to get me down!

It has been a week since I worked out to CIZE Crazy 8's. I was fighting depression as well as resting from pushing myself so hard. Today I was determined to workout. 21 minutes into it I fell. I landed good but was shook up. I plan to listen to my body more carefully tomorrow. I was slightly dizzy before I fell. The more often I exercise the more I progress. The last time it was 30 minutes. I don't want to wait that long to exercise again. It took me 7 exercise sessions to go from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.

    Thank you for all the positive motivation. I knew I couldn't be the only one who struggled with balance as far as pushing to exercise. I realized that I bruised my left hand. That's nothing compared to throwing out my back which usually happens.

    I Relate so much to this blog! Because my body is always in some level of pain, and I have chronic pain syndrome (which basically means I know that my body can sometimes be a drama queen) I tend to try and just push through and not listen to my body. I'm working on listening more.

    Thanks. I tend to ignore my body and push through. I plan to stop the video next time if I feel the dizziness, then start back up after it subsides. That is something I've never done before. It is going to be my new way to work around my disabilities

    take care of yourself, but if you only listen to your body, you will always find a way to take it easy. you need to make sure that you hydrate yourself before and during your exercise.
