July Update on Reality check

Fact: to lose weight, I have to eat less. Measure more. Stop the excuses.
Update: I am eating less. Must measure
Fact: to lose weight, I have to move more.
Update: I am walking 6 days a week. When I walk on the treadmill, I have increased the speed.
Fact: to lose weight, I have to eat more veggies.
Update: Doing better, still need to improve.
Fact: to lose weight, I have to stop eating at night because I lose all control once I start.
Update: am doing much better on this. Still have occasional binge nights, but also have nights where I don't snack at all.
Possible: I may need to leave some teams and join others - then become active to get the support I need.
Update: haven't left any teams because my supportive friends are there.
Possible: I may need to keep the friends who support me on a regular basis and let the others go.
Update: I will be going through my friends list on a monthly basis because I see that it is the same people who reply on friend feed.
Fact: to get support, I need to give support. A smaller friend circle will help me do this. I need to think on this one.
Update: think I will set aside some time each day to post on friends' pages.
Fact: I have started new spark streaks to help me do this.
Update: these streaks are showing me what I need to work on.
I will lose 3 pounds for real this month.
Time to get REAL.
Update: notice some improvement so will take that as a win for the month. On to July to continue working.
