New month of healthy living

This year is half over, hard to believe. ,Verdad! Still working towards my goals both weight and active lifestyle (cardio and strength training).
The closer I get to achieving my goals the more I seem to be stalling or becoming distracted. No exercise or lack of motivation to keep me focused on my goals.
I am having difficulty staying on track with my SP Challenges and tracking my food intake not mention accurate water drank.
It is disappointing that I have not kept off all the weight I've lost since September. I make me feel awful but I know I can do it.
Today is a new day a new month. A day to refocus and start again on a successful path to a healthy lifestyle balance of diet, exercise, mental,and relaxation.
Failure is not on my plate.
