Month of June

Unlike the month of May, June was empty and with less fitness activity. I however did well on the diet front as I kept learning more about eating, hunger and cravings and I think I am growing stronger and getting better. All I want to do this month of July is just to move my butts more and do everything I love and not boring to get my fitness minutes in at 50 minutes a day which gives me a 250-300 minutes a week as the case maybe.
I get bored easily and I am planning to switch up my plans as often as boredom sets in this month. I am giving dance a chance which I love a lot, learning some new dance steps that will help me catch some fun and still burn calories.
I know that I can do this and I will do this.
