Spent some time thinking about my daily habits and what I actually want my habits to include. I Know water and exercise is good for me and I know over eating is bad for me but IT seems like I don't care enough. My knees are starting to ache again -they weren't when I was walking daily, but now they hurt so I don't want to walk. Its hot outside and I don't like it but I am being lazy after work too and not exercising when it is cool. Today I did my exercise before work and weighted in. Still right at 300lbs. which means no gains but no losses either. I have a week long vacation coming up and I need to get back to logging my food before then or I will gain a ton. Trying to figure out how to make permanent changes, At least I did weigh in and do my exercise today.

    Good job on persevering on the hard stuff - our minds and feelings. I'm right there with you about trying to figure out permanent changes. I'm excited about some self-discoveries around self-sabotage. Now to put those discoveries into action .... LOL.
