An improved attitude?

I should say so. I didn't hesitate to exercise last night. I can't really go into the details of why that was amazing, but it was. I bumped it up to 15 minutes last night and I will continue doing that for a while. This is exactly what I need, the determination to exercise every single day. I firmly believe that is the secret to my success. At this time I would like to lost about 20 pounds. It's amazing how different I feel at 190 vs. 210. I feel like that is an extremely doable goal that won't overwhelm me.

Phew....this weekend. Wow. We were busy. Sadly, my kiddo abandoned me on Friday to go hang with my Mom because she was watching my nephews all week. We watched a movie on their outside screen on Friday. Saturday Rick and I took his two kids (age 15 and 19) on a hike in our favorite creek. We spend almost 4 hours doing that. What a blast. There are 3 waterfalls and a really terrific swimming hole. It was a lot of fun.....I just missed my kiddo. After that we swam at my Uncles house for 2 hour, then roasted hot dogs. Sunday was a birthday party for my niece at my Mom's house. Then I finally got Gibson back. Yay! I feel whole again. Just having him sleeping in his bed and being able to sneak in to kiss him on the forehead after he goes to sleep. I didn't realize how much I missed that.'s goals. 15 minutes of exercise and get in all my water. See ya on the flip side!
