Summer Challenge Day 1 and results of plateu challenge

I did not break my Plateau. I didn't loose a single lb in those two weeks.

That was then and this is now.

TODAY I have been on point. I even went so far as to write an email to myself that will auto send at 9pm (about the time my husband will ask me what I want on my half of the pizza). It was very steam-of-consciousness, which is not my style, but I think it will have the correct affect.

So far today I got up with my little ones around 630am (despite spending the entire day at a theme park yesterday, they woke up early). I let my husband sleep, he burned badly because he was too tough to wear sunscreen like the rest of us. Totally his fault, but he's paying the price so I won't say anything...too much...I have to tease him a little. I took the littles to the grocery store and grabbed what we need for the week then did some meal prep. My 10month old was clingy so I did it with him in arms (see photo) but John came down soon after and took them off my hands so I could finish. It was nice to have a full hour in the kitchen without having "help." They are all in the back yard now, so I'm going to finish up here by prelogging my food for the week. I know I haven't eaten the food yet, and it can and will change a bit, but having it already there encourages me to keep to plan. Every small thing helps! Hitting that 5% this challenge!

emoticon I love your pre-logging plan. I did it too, but just for today -- going to try for the week.

Awesome! Yep I'm stalled on shedding pounds too abd have been for almost a week! It happens. Wish I knew about this app when my kids were small, but better late then never! Great job on prelisting your foods, I found out the hard way on that lol
