Success, Standstill, Standstill, Failure, Standstill, Success!

I'm one of those strange people who finds it best to weigh-in everyday. For me, it's helpful to notice the daily fluctuations so I don't obsess over one day a week. I'm backwards, I know.
Look at the graph. For many of those hardworking days, I saw little to no movement in the numbers. Sometimes there was even a substantial move upward. Yes, I was a little disappointed on those days, but haven't we all done weight loss enough to know that this is normal?
This time around I promised myself not to be concerned about just the number on the scale. Really. Really, seriously. I started eating better and moving more mostly because my mental health was becoming a real issue.
"Just follow the plan," I said.
"Trust the scientists," I said.
"Take a rest day if your knees need it," my SP friends encouraged.
And here we are almost a month later. With your help I worked it the plan and things are improving.
My mental health is much improved.
Clothes are STARTING to fit me differently.
Face isn't as puffy.
Sleeping better.
Oh, and the scale is moving in a GENERALLY downward direction.
Onward and downward!
