I wouldn't say I'm being perfect, but I'm being a lot more mindful of what and how much I'm eating. I'm not overweight by any means, but I'm not comfortable with where I am. I've lost 2.2lbs in 3 days, so I'd call that success. You think to yourself each day how much more you'd lose if you didn't have that wine, chocolate, etc. The interaction with others and earning the points has become a competitive thing/motivation for myself. I can wait til I achieve my goal! About 6 lbs to go!
