Weekend Watermelon Fast

After 9 months of plateau, I revisited the idea of mono fruit fasting for the weekend. It's all you can eat watermelon and watermelon only starting Saturday morning and ended Sunday evening. The nice thing is it cuts down on cooking and I use less prepared foods. I'm happy to report that it busted the plateau and the weight went down 1 lb. That may not seem like a lot, but I only have 10 lbs to lose. So it's a big deal to me. I'm planning to do this for the summer and already looking forward to the next weekend watermelon fest. I ate one large watermelon a day. Thanks Costco for the $3.99 seedless watermelon.
