After a massive 208 lb weight loss this past year I finally hit a plateau. I was 401 lbs so Im not quite at my goal weight area yet. Another 15 or 20 lbs would be great! The plateau has been hanging on for a few weeks now. I decided to try something Id heard helps really rev ur metabolism. Its very simple. As soon as u wake up, before coffee or even brushing ur teeth drink 32oz of water, water with lemon is even better. Well this week alone I lost 5 lbs!!! That was all I did differently. So I figured Id share that with u all. Just keep drinking water. It really does work!
