When we think of a CLEAN SLATE I believe , from personal experience , we all think of a blackboard and an erasor ! I am just kidding of course but this can have so many meanings. When it comes to a clean slate in regards to weight/health management we need to disapline ourselves in a few areas to reach our goals. We will find the journey easier if we exercise regularly. I find that putting it in your calender book as a regular appointment does help. Also, clean out your kitchen cupboards and fridge so that only healthy body stuff is in your world. I do not feel that you are benefiting yourself at all by depriving yourself of chips or ice cream.. just don't bring a tub of ice cream or a big bag of chips into the house. I would prefer to eat less of say...ice cream with real ingredients in it as apposed to more of the alternative with some artificial sweetener and chemicals that not only tastes lousy but reeks havic on your body. I don't care what is said about us eating this cr** to lose more weight. I think they're lying to us because our personal vessel will retaliate by holding on to water or weight gain just because it does not recognize what the heck you just injested. Also, if you love chips, like me...I could eat them all day long if I thought they were good for me...Lol. Do not bring a big bag into your house. Just get a small bag while you are out, enjoy it and log it ! I really do not like baked, adulterated , chemical injested chips. To me...quality not quanity ! Have a yummy day and don't forget to smile ! You look and feel awesome ! Katharine

I agree with you on the chemical filled foods - i'd rather splurge on the real thing if I'm going to have it.
