Boy, That Weigh In Was Discouraging

Half a pound lost after a week of planning meals, tracking all my food, 200 minutes of exercise and an average 1300 calories a day. That is discouraging. I expected more than half a pound. I can't work much harder than that at losing weight. Fortunately, I already have my meals planned and mostly prepared for today. And I've been working at this long enough to know that the coming week may show a very different result. I feel angry, actually, but I also know this exercise and eating style is what I will continue even after I lose this last 10 pounds.
