I MUST be more disciplined

For the first time since I started daily weigh ins I have put on weight three days in a row. The total weight gain over the three days is virtually a kilograms (2.2lb). Why?
1). Saturday I Exceeded my calorie allowance by over 100 calories. I MUST be more disciplined.
2) I didn't track Wednesday's food at all, and Friday and Saturday s food logs are not complete. I MUST be more disciplined
Well there's my answer isn't it!
I have an amazing capacity to forget when it comes to food and eating and when I stood on those scales this morning I was genuinely mystified as to why the scales were going the wrong way. I've been exercising after all. Sitting down and writing this blog has made me see the blindingly obvious. I need to complete my food diary every time I eat something.
I MUST be more disciplined.
At the start of the month I blogged that I was going to complete the food diary 100% in June. I haven't and obviously I need to.
