The Key That Has Made All the Difference

I was listening to a speaker a while ago who said that you should always write out your goals each day. I put it in action. Every morning I write out a paragraph or so about making wise choices when it comes to food, what it will do for me, how I am going to feel at the end of the day, and what my short, mid and long term goals are. It reinforces each decision I make and makes walking away from temptations and "easy meals" more natural, joyful and yes, easier.
Since I started spending just a few minutes each morning writing this out in fresh words for the day, I worry less about "dieting" and more about enjoying what I eat, and what I eat is healthier and better for me.
