8/1/16: 225.0 company and no guts to say no!
8/8/16: on vacation no weigh in
8/15/16: 226.4
8/21/16: 225.5
8/29/16:230.0 no excuse --to much sodium yesterday shoes will not even go on. Water,water,water today and no noodles from Noodle company again My body won't take it. I am sure my weight will be right back down as I was at 225.2 yesterday morning.

    No kidding!
    My hubby and I went on a day trip to see Kenny Rogers in concert this Sunday to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
    Inspite of my saying, 'NO' many times, and requesting half portions of each thing I ate at Bob Evans for breakfast....well, I think I TRIPLED my calorie intake!
    (Good thing, I DID ask for smaller portions.)
    What I DID NOT say No to were the 3 bottles of Dr. Pepper! That equaled over 700 calories right there!
    The next morning I was UP two pounds, but it's coming back down, thank goodness!

    'No!" is hard to say, but it gets easier.
