Stationary Bike: 15 mins
Been having a difficult time getting motivated lately. I know this is a common problem but, it makes me very unhappy with myself. This is the first time I worked out at the office gym in a few weeks. I was doing semi-well getting over there for 3 weeks but then things got busy and I just stopped. I thought about it, but I just didn't have the get up and go.
So I'm glad I went today. Other than that I've been into walking. Walking in the woods again. I love walking in the woods. That's the exercise I enjoy the most and if I had transportation and money, I'd be going on hikes all the time.
Being down about things doesn't help either....I'm broke, have no spending money whatsoever and miss the baby, and have a lot of needless guilt and anxiety..*sigh* But I'm going to try to work on myself and feel better.
