Here's to a great Summer and here is a Healthier ME!
. 1. get below 200 by Sept.4th
2. go exercise in deep water M W F with a co-worker
3. with my daughter to her gym t th sat.
4. still walk my 11,500 steps a day,
5. clean out my VERY MESSY garage(get rid of stuff I have not seen or used the last 4 years)
6.make cards,scrapbook,and just down right relax!
I am starting right now one step at a time, one day at a time, one goal at a time!
Watch out summer here I come!
