My new meds have me hungry all of the time, and I've been giving in. So, I gained back the weight that I'd lost. Add to that the fact that I just don't feel up to proper meal prep most days, and we have a recipe for disaster. I made a nice salad for lunch today, and by the time I was done prepping it, I lost all motivation to eat it. I think I need to retool my meal plan, find foods to get excited about. Time to cruise the recipe section and my WW cookbooks, I guess.

    Sometimes a person just needs to coast. Try frozen meals that are lower calorie versions of your favorite comfort foods and just add extra fruits or veggies. More filling and tastes great!
