Well, my 1st challenge week so far as been a little rough. I'd say I'm keeping up with about 80% of my plan, and really that's not so bad. I will not beat myself up about it, I'll just focus on getting back on track and doing a little better each day!

I did start the body weight workout, and while it didn't seem like much, I've got some sore muscles! But a little soreness mean progress so ouch... with a little smile.

Busy day today, and happily a busy weekend ahead! My MIL is moving out... well, right now! I'll admit, it wasn't awful, but it will be nice to have my house back again. My plan is to paint the bedroom she was using since it will be empty, and make it my yoga room / guest room. SO excited!

Ok, back to it!
