2016 Summer 5% Challenge

You know how long winded I can be, right? This blog will probably be my shortest ever. I have joined the 5% Challenge team for the summer. I did the "Spring Challenge" & while I didn't lose ALL of the weight I wanted to lose (15 pounds) it did keep me accountable & keep me going. Just like at all of those Weight Watchers meetings most of us attended, there is something very mindful about knowing you will be posting your weight in a public place for others to see. There was no judgment or negativity, but it's still pretty motivational.
If you haven't done one of the Challenges in the past, I suggest you try one in the future & see if you like it. The teams call for a LOT of involvement & that was tough for me at first, but you figure it out...just like anything else. If you have questions, please just ask. If I don't have the answer, I will ask & get it for you!
