Recording a no scale victory

Yesterday evening I managed to "run" - well jog really - for 10 minutes. This is a major achievement for me because when I first started in January I could only do a minute and then I wouldn't be able to breath in an alarming and scarey way. I ran for 10 minutes but it wasn't my lungs which were limiting me it was my muscles and bulk. This is new.
My lung function has improved. This is showing up on my lung function test from my dr too. I need my inhailor less often now, I don't even need it at all for strength training anymore.
