Yesterday's workout

In lifting weights one has good days & somewhat good days; you don't want a bad day as that's when you incur an injury. emoticon

But yesterday was a good day. emoticon

Delts; 4-routines for 18 Sets, 234 Reps at 2,704 Lbs using 2.5, 5, 8 and 10 Lb. DB’s.

Back; 4 Routines for 18 Sets, 234 Reps at 17,970 Lbs.

Traps; 3 Sets, 45 Reps at 3,150 Lbs.

Total workout; 40 Sets, 470 Reps for 23,824 Lbs (11.9 tons) completed in 1-hour & 53-minutes.

Took a little longer than last week as an additional 100-Reps were completed. My Deltoids being the weak link in Bench Presses are now responding to a heavier workload.
