Whole30

I've been doing Whole30 for 10 days now and currently my biggest worry is what the scale will say at the end. Did I mention I can't weigh myself all month for this challenge?

I'm currently at 285 which is about 10 pounds shy of how far I got back in 2012 with this site. However, I didn't have the muscle mass I had back then either.

Anyone have experiences with Whole30?

    Hey Hal - good to see you!! Have you checked here with SP? I think there's a Whole 30 Team on SP. I checked - there is. Go to Spark Teams and type in Whole30 - no space- in the search box and it will take you to it. Good luck!!

    I have NOT done the Whole 30 Diet plan..(nor would I) I do not 'DO' a 'Diet Plan'.. I plan my 'Diet'.. Diet meaning the foods I plan to eat for the day/week/month and so on!

    That being said..I do wish you all the best . . I do hope it works for you!
