I am nervous for weigh in Monday morning. This is my first week back on track- and I'm only going to weigh in once a week. I've actually been doing really well. I've been watching my calories while still eating when I'm hungry, exercising, drinking tons of water. So what's the problem? I'm afraid my results won't match my confidence. But you know what they say: you didn't gain it in a day, you won't lose it in a day.
