Have you seen my Spark?

Friday, June 10, 2016

It's missing at the moment. I woke up feeling grumpy and out of sorts. Again, I believe this is a pre TOM issue that will resolve itself shortly. I am so sleepy and can't stop yawning and the day has just begun. What I really want to do is just go home and sleep, but we are having guests over for dinner tonight so that isn't going to happen.

So, what am I going to do right this minute to fight this BLECH feeling? I'm going to go fill up my water bottle, staying hydrated always helps me. I'm going to get up and stretch every single hour today. I'm going to find someone to compliment by lunch time.

I hope to b e able to say how much better I feel this afternoon. Oh, and yesterday I managed to stay out of the vending machine.

WAHOO! on staying out the vending machine!! Sometimes you just don't find a spark and you have to get started without it. I don't know if I really had a spark when I started this time. I just made myself move. I made myself eat better... then after a few days maybe even two weeks, I really started to feel good about it. I pushed through it. It wasn't easy. It won't be easy for you. Eventually you might be able to find a bit of a spark.

You are making the right choices. Keep going and you will get there. Sometimes you have to fake it until you make it.
