Letter to Self

The way I look at this is that you are either taking steps to make yourself a priority or you are not. You have spent years mindlessly doing whatever to get through your days. Making decisions that have made your life pretty fulfilled but difficult. Most of the time you have been stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted. It is time to create a life where you actually feel present and alive.
You have the opportunity to do this over the next ten weeks. Just consciously make yourself a priority. Make decisions and stay present. Don't let the emotion of the day, or the chaos, overtake your self care. Your weight is limiting, and it is time to let go of food as an emotional barrier. You have so many reasons to fight for your health.
I hope over the next ten weeks that you:
Take time to check in with yourself
Try to get enough rest
Go camping, hiking and to some of your favorite spots
Find joy in the little things
Get on your feet financially and find a new home without getting overwhelmed, remember it is what it is.
At the end of the day I hope you will be proud of what you have accomplished and shed some weight and habits in the process. You are important.
