Trusting the process

How we all wish there were quick fixes for weight loss. To just see a pretty significant loss to boost our confidence to help us gain/maintain momentum.
We have all seen what really happens. Products, diets, etc that help people short term but in the end are not easily maintained and/or dont teach good over all health and wellness.
I have to contantly remind myself that this takes time. And what i am doing is what will help me create my long term success.
I have to trust the process.
I took measurements this evening with my trainer. The progress i saw only solidifies my path and my confidence in this lifestyle change only grows stronger.
